If You Want To Be Happy Then Concentrate Your Mind

👉 “Mind” is a deity. It is called “Prajapati” in the scriptures. Vedanta explains that every individual has their own independent world, created through their mind’s creations. According to a person’s beliefs, emotions, faith, interests, and desires, the entire world is perceived. If this perspective changes, then a person’s life also changes accordingly. The only way to serve and worship this deity of the mind is to understand and guide it towards righteousness, to agree to adopt the correct perspective. If this service is performed, even an ordinary person can become a great individual. The miracles of its blessings can be witnessed directly.
👉 There is no room for doubt even to a fraction for the certainty of this fact, “What we think, we do, and what we do, we suffer.” The mind is our guide; wherever it leads, the body follows. If this guide is misled, it will trap in disasters and miseries, and if it walks the right path, peace and prosperity are guaranteed. Why should we not serve our fate-maker? Why not worship this guide? If anything is to be worshipped, revered, and served the most, it is indeed this deity of the mind.
👉 It is heard that much happiness is obtained from the blessings of true Brahmins, deities, and saints, but when the blessing of the mind deity is fruiting, everyone can easily see it. If, by serving and worshiping, the mind deity is convinced to “allow only useful items to enter the mouth when true hunger strikes and completely abandon the habit of gluttony,” then just by accepting this, your disturbed digestion can be corrected, pure blood can start forming, and the ailments and weaknesses that constantly surround can be easily overcome. The body can become healthy, strong, and energetic, and the health for which one has to constantly yearn can become permanent.
