👉 Everyone should develop the ability to be a “manager”. Even if the opportunity to be appointed as a “manager” in a mill, factory, party, school, etc., does not come their way. Because the majority of life’s processes depend on mutual give-and-take, cooperation. Progress cannot be made even a step without fostering goodwill, without establishing rapport. In our small business, in staying as an employee, there is a constant need for cooperation at every step. Neglecting this situation only leads to loss upon loss. Then, rather than expecting cooperation from someone, it is easier to present one’s abilities in such a way that the concerned individuals feel inclined to cooperate, understanding that it is beneficial for us to maintain harmony with them. This work does not rely on the basis of false flattery because indulging in artificiality, expressing criticism, gradually leaves many areas of doubt open, upon which someone’s arrogance can be detected. Sometimes, the falsehood permeating from criticisms becomes apparent after some time. Then, when authenticity becomes doubtful, even ordinary statements start to be viewed with skepticism. After this, the time comes to avoid and distance oneself. In this confusion, it is appropriate to have the appropriate inclusion of the “organizational” element in one’s work style to manifest in one’s activities.
👉 A family at home is also equivalent to a school, cooperative society, or factory. Different members of various levels exist therein. It is not necessary that all of them are sensible. Some may be naturally obstinate or unruly due to upbringing. None of them can be expelled from the family. The point is to understand others’ nature and perspectives and to establish rapport with them in such a way that minimum harm is done, and as much as possible, one continues to support without causing any hindrance. The need for intimidation arises only when the situation demands it forcibly. Efforts should be made to prevent situations such as mental tension from arising with those with whom one has to live, either by choice or by compulsion. On the other hand, even if neglect is being shown, the policy of continuing to behave with kindness from one’s side is beneficial. Not everyone can be made according to one’s wishes, but at least it can be prevented from bowing to the idol and wasting time and thought in futile matters.
